The author reflects on taking care of oneself despite the troubles of the world. The list of gloom and doom does go on forever, but it not reason enough to take health for granted. The author noted that one should take time for one's well-being. Taking a walk in the park with the family, laying out clothes for the next day to get more sleep, and taking time off are among the suggestions.
