    • Abstract:
Discusses experiments on rats, which show that some animals are at risk to readily self-administer low doses of psycho stimulants, and can be identified on the basis of their responses to environmental or pharmacological challenges. The results may help in the understanding of the neurobiological basis of drug addiction.
