    • Abstract:
The article discusses the benefits of self-administered acupressure on breast cancer survivors based on a study by Suzanna M. Zick et al., published online in the journal "JAMA Oncology" in July 2016. Topics include the finding that self-administered acupressure eased fatigue, enhanced sleep quality and improved quality of life, the use of Brief Fatigue Inventory to measure cancer-related fatigue, and the possibility for relaxing acupressure to be a low-cost option for symptom management.
