The article suggests Ayurvedic practices in addition to yoga and meditation that massage therapists can incorporate in their self-care ritual to minimize stress and physical exhaustion. It includes diet to maintain a state of balance, tongue scraping to increase sense of taste and improve digestion, and Nasal irrigation using a neti pot to reduce sinus congestion and other irritants that cause congestion and allergies.
