      The article explores exercises and practical ways to connect to each one of the elements within the Chinese Five Element Theory such as earth, fire, metal, wood, and water to produce health and harmony in people's daily lives. In this paper, self-care tips to help balance the wood element and soothe anger are tackled. They include allowing some time in one's day for solitude, setting aside time each day for meditation, getting up a little earlier in the morning and taking a walk in nature.
