The article provides techniques for hydrotherapy and massage therapist as self-care. These include contrast hand or forearm baths which can be perform by three rounds of immersing the hands in hot water for two minutes, then immersing them in cold water for one minute, the epsom salts hand bath which was done by soaking the hands for 10-20 minutes in a span, and the iced compress using gloves which were performed as many time as needed in a day.
