      The article discusses the consideration of yoga as a self-care regimen for massage therapy. It mentions that it offers a wealth of physical fitness, increased flexibility, strength and endurance. A massage therapist specifies that yoga works as a self-care practice because many of the ansanas mainly target parts of the body which used in bodywork. Meanwhile, one asserts that it allow her to adjust her body positioning and alignment if she encounters pain during massage.
