      The article offers information on the 134th annual meeting of the American Public Health Association held in Boston, Massachusetts on November 2006. The meeting examines the current healthcare system particularly the Medicare Part D, drug pricing and potential methods for reform. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) director Adele Pietrantoni initiated the discussion. Warren Salmon of the University of Illinois, Chicago and Meghana Desai shared their views as well.
