- Abstract:
The article presents the author's opinion about the importance of taking care of health and insists on the need for a healthy lifestyle for pharmacists. He narrates how he survived several diseases because of the care offered by his wife, Victoria. He suggests pharmacists to avoid junk food to avoid what he went through which included a stroke, four serious falls, right-eye blindness, a heart attack, and triple-bypass open-heart surgery.
