Topics include the management of venous leg ulcers (VLUs) has been under the spotlight, the recommendations for managing lower leg wounds have been published on the National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) website, and the result of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a drive to promote self-care or shared care and virtual consultations for patients with wounds.
