      The article offers the author's insights concerning work-life balance. He states that work-life balance deeply affects both men and women. He mentions a book by David Whyte which addresses polygamy, in which Whyte uses the term marriages to describe important relationships, relationships that are lifelong, comprehensive and represent deep commitments. He offers strategies to ease the work life at the institutional or organizational level, departmental or divisional level, and individual level.
