A TBC (Texas Baptist College) student or a SWBTS master's student may check out up to 30 items.
A SWBTS doctoral student may check out up to 60 items.
An item that is in the General Collection (3rd floor of Roberts and white label items in Bowld) can be checked out for 28 days.
An item that is in the Permanent Reserve (2nd floor of Roberts and audio/visual materials) can be checked out for 7 days.
An item that is in the Course Reserve (behind the circulation desk at Roberts or Bowld) can be checked out for 1 day.
An item that is in a Special Collection (a named collection, something in the Archives at Roberts, or something in the Treasure Room at Bowld) can only be used in the library.
Items in the General Collection accrue or build up a fine of $.25 a day.
Items in the Permanent Reserve accrue a fine of $1.00 a day.
You can renew an item on your library account by calling the circulation desk at Roberts (817-921-8860), by emailing rcirculation@swbts.edu, or by bringing the item to the front desk in person.
You can renew an item from Bowld Music Library by calling (817-921-8870), by emailing bowldrefdesk@swbts.edu, or by bringing the item to the front desk in person.
You can renew an item up to 2 times unless a hold has been placed by another user on the item.
You can print assignments or documents at the computer lab, located on the 2nd floor of Roberts.
You can make copies or scan documents at the public copiers located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Roberts or on the main floor of Bowld.
Scanning is free of charge but printing and copying cost $.10 per page for black and white and $.45 per page for color.
If you lose an item checked out on your account the cost to replace the item will be $150.
If you live more than 60 miles outside of the DFW metroplex, books from the SWBTS print collection can be checked out and mailed to you.
